I discovered mine this weekend.
Covered deep within the very depths of my being and something I have always done.
Perhaps I was born with this gift?
Perhaps what happened to me in life nurtured this gift?
This gift is my genius.
My gift is to free you from the shame you feel regarding your darkness.
Your darkness is a part of you just as much as your light is.
This darkness can be what you always struggled with, fought against, battled with but you know is very much a part of you.
You know what I am talking about the curiosity regarding the other, the anger rising inside of you due to some injustice you couldn’t do anything about.
It may be the pain that weighs you down regarding the deep betrayal of a trusted or loved one.
The shame regarding this darkness dwells deep within and it is making you suffer needlessly.
I am telling you though this darkness is your gift, your true genius and I would love to help you explore it, uncover it so you can truly shine whether as a Creative, an Entrepreneur or a Helping Professional.
This is my genius, freeing you of the shame you feel regarding your darkness.
I no longer feel shame regarding my darkness.
For too long darkness has been labelled as evil and given negative connotations.
Within the darkness, there can be rest and replenishment.
The womb is a dark place and brings a new born child.
The cocoon is where the butterfly breaks free.
The new born baby does not feel shame in the darkness of the womb.
The butterfly feels no shame in the darkness of the cocoon.
Neither should you with your darkness.
Yet I know most of your life, you have been plagued with the shame and not felt belonging to any group or network.
You always longed for community or at least one another that understood you.
Perhaps I am the one who will?
Perhaps I can free you from the shame you have imprisoned yourself in?
