Well Living Embodiment of course!
Although I fundamentally know we teach best what we are here to learn I also know that until we practice what we have learnt or we practice while learning what we are teaching as best as we can, only THEN do we gain the peace and balance we have been seeking for most of our life
When our minds, spirit, gut, heart, and body actually experience what we are teaching and our lives unfold and we let go to become the best version of ourselves that is constantly growing and is not stagnant, only THEN do we attain the peace and balance the deep SERENITY that then permeates though our bodies
When we realise we never really arrive
The more we learn the more we realise how much MORE there is to learn and the more humble we become learning from our students as well as our teachers
You see Living Embodiment is not a concrete action that once completed you can tick off and you have made it.
Even when you have achieved ALL you wanted to achieve, the nature of the High Achiever is you want to achieve even MORE
Isn’t it?
It is never enough to achieve what we truly desire and our goals and dreams change over time don’t they?
This is the nature of being human
We either do not get fulfilment from all that we have achieved because we realise we are tired and have become distant to all those individuals that have sustained or encouraged and cherished us or we have become distant to ourselves exhausted and sick realising our lives have been wasted pursuing success that has left us empty and lost.
But when we become the living embodiment of this M.A.G.I.C.A.L method arising from all our meditations and abstaining and being grateful and all those inspirational insights and consulting and taking all those aligned actions, then a congruence arises in our lives which was SO different when we just taught, we just strove for that outer success.
Because when we are congruent with what we are teaching, there is little opportunity for us to feel like an imposter or hypocrite.
We are only living embodiments when we are practicing what we are preaching aren’t we?
We only attain peace and balance when we have achieved ALL we desired and we feel at peace because we did it in a balanced way not hurting others or hurting ourselves.
There is no opportunity for Imposter syndrome to arise then.
To know something intellectually is SO different to knowing something emotionally and practically. Would you agree?
That’s where the lack of peace and balance arises when we are being incongruent and not living what we are teaching
That is why we continue to taking all those aligned actions naturally results in living embodiment.
That doesn’t mean we cannot make mistakes or be imperfect it is in the nature of the human being to make mistakes.
Often we learn from them.
Sometimes we don’t.
And that is ok isn’t it?
And it is important especially as High Achievers to understand that we will continue to have problems in our lives but we use the process we teach or the trainings we have undertaken to overcome our problems.
To use the process we have discovered and are discovering to solve our problems but also to seek the assistance of others when we get stuck.
Never forgetting that Consultation leads us to not be in the trappings of our egos
If I think of all the Spiritual teachers and Coaches and Mentors that I have had and admired most have been living embodiments of what they taught or teach and they ended up living what they experienced in their
